Requirements:

Professional and reliable models only.
By applying, you agree to be available for the entirety of the REVIVE event.
Failure to appear at the casting will result in immediate disqualification from all future REVIVE castings.
REVIVE is an inclusive platform: castings are open to models of all genders, heights, body types, and ethnicities.

How REVIVE castings work:

Models submit their contact information, measurements, and comp card to the REVIVE Model Casting Department.
Upon approval, models are added to the official model directory for their selected location(s).
REVIVE designers will contact and cast models. You are only casted once a REVIVE designer reaches out directly. An email from a REVIVE Model Casting Director confirming your submission does not mean you are casted.
Do NOT email, DM, or text your comp card. Follow all submission directions in the form. Failure to follow directions will result in immediate disqualification.
