We would like to introduce you to the opportunity of working as a scout with us. Since we have various agencies, you have the chance to scout potential models/talents and generate income (20€ for each scouted talent).

Earn up to €6000 and more

Starting in May, our É1 Academy will launch, offering a variety of creative and business workshops.

You have the opportunity to offer your own workshop, either digitally and/or physically, on our platform. We assist you in creating the right content and market your workshop for you.

Joint Events: Co-host or receive event invitations like fashion shows or product launches.

Our É1 team is currently developing the F/W 24 and S/S 25 collections. Once we have the samples ready, we will send you an overview so you can select the pieces you're interested in and specify the sizes you need. Please note that it can take 2-4 weeks for you to receive the clothing, as each piece is handmade and produced on a made-to-order basis, ensuring our commitment to sustainability.

We offer three options:

1. Direct Loan:

   • Process: We will send the selected clothing items directly to you for the shoot. After the shoot, you are required to return the items in their original condition within a specified timeframe.

   • Advantages: This option allows you to have access to the latest collection without any upfront costs. It's ideal for editorial shoots or short-term projects.

   • Considerations: You are responsible for the care of the clothing during the loan period and any potential shipping costs.

2. Purchase with a Discount:

   • Process: You can purchase the clothing pieces you’re interested in at a special photographer's rate. This allows you to keep the items for future use in multiple shoots.

   • Advantages: This option provides long-term access to the pieces, giving you more flexibility in planning multiple projects without worrying about return deadlines.

   • Considerations: While this option requires an upfront investment, it could be cost-effective if the pieces are used across various shoots or styled in different ways.

3. Free Clothing

• We will select a few items that we are offering for free. We will inform you in advance which pieces are included.

Once we onboard new models residing in your vicinity who require Portfolio Creation / Update or we have existing models who require a Digitals / Portfolio Update, we will inform you, and we will arrange a suitable appointment accordingly.
